Join Noelia Kvaternik & Alisha Phipps for a transformative experience through breathwork and crystal bowl sound healing.
In this class, we will use a deeply healing and transformative breath technique to awaken, process, and transmute the old stories, traumas, and unconscious beliefs that we hold within our subconscious. Following the breathwork, we relax and soothe the senses with a crystal sound bath which has a direct impact on the mental processes, muscles, nervous system, heartbeat, pulse, digestive system and circulatory system. Leave reset, restored and completely blissed out!
Bring a mat, and optional to bring a pillow, blanket, and eye mask. ****Not suitable if you are pregnant, have a seizure disorder, aneurysms, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Join me for an earth day celebration + clothing swap! I am passionate about sustainability for the planet, and fast-fashion is one place where I feel we can all make an impact.
Items: clothing, home goods, kitchen items - gently used condition
Items for purchase: If you have higher end items you'd like a small commission for, you can feel free to bring them. Please tag them appropriately (with the price) and limit to 2-3 items for purchase.
I will have a hand held steamer + wire hangers if you need those for your items.
Donations: If you don't want to take anything back with you, I will donate all remaining items.
