Are you willing to let go and open yourself to possibilities you have never imagined?

The Power Of Letting Go

3 part workshop series

You’ve heard it before, “just let it go.” But what does that mean? And how do you actually let go? In this 3 part workshop series Leah and Alisha will help you identify where your challenges and personal struggles are stemming from, and why you haven’t been able to move through them or let them go.

Through a series of intentional exercises, discussion, and education focused around the body, the mind and our emotions, you will learn how to shed layers that no longer serve you so you can start living the life you desire.

Alisha is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Alisha helps clients empower themselves through holistic living to activate their confidence, build trust and compassion for their bodies, conquer their inner critic and create more harmony and balance in their everyday lives. She works with clients in one-on-one coaching, leads group programs, workshops and women’s wellness retreats.

As a recovering perfectionist who worked herself into the ground after 10 years at a fast-paced, high growth corporate job, Alisha knows firsthand what it feels like to live with chronic stress and exhaustion. Always in a constant battle with herself, Alisha decided to embark on her own journey of healing herself physically and mentally to break free of the life she thought she was supposed to live versus the life that felt most in alignment. Along the way she became deeply inspired to help transform the lives of others through her work.

Alisha lives in Somerville where she enjoys city living, clean crafted wine, and enjoying the up and coming foodie spots the city has to offer. When not coaching Alisha loves to travel, go to the beach, and spend time with her horse Noah.

Leah was stuck in an unhealthy romantic relationship that left her unable to trust herself. Once she found the courage to leave it was through her own grief process through professional guidance and the support of horses that she was able to reconnect to her authentic self and live the life she truly desired.

Leah lives in Ipswich, Massachusetts where she enjoys the farm-coastal environment and all the North Shore has to offer. She has a horse named Saint and a whole herd of volunteer horses that she partners with at her farm.
